DeWayne is the President and CEO of Maximum Motivation Seminar Company. He is the past president of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter of the National African American Speakers Association and the White Rock Toastmasters Club of Toastmasters international. Due to his outstanding achievements, DeWayne has been selected to Marqui’s Who’s Who in America as one of America’s new millennium leaders.

DeWayne earned his degree in Psychology at Troy State University and a double minor in Business Administration and Human Services.
